He has held many senior management positions at various MNCs. Most recently, prior to joining IUVP, Karthik was Senior Finance Manager at Flextronics, India. Prior assignments included a 5-year stint in a large trading organization in Taiwan with branches across multiple locations in Asia. His role at Munith Investments Ltd included handling IPOs, managing working capital requirements and developing Capital and Revenue Budgets.

Karthik is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a bachelor degree in Mathematics.
